Well, if DVD's count, one New Year's Day my kids and I watched the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended version) and all of the extra 'making of' discs too. Yeah, it literally took all day.
After the third consecutive day of my Physics final exams, with two to go, I was so shocked by how things were going that I stumbled back to the hall of residence and sat in front of the TV in the TV lounge and just stared. I think I must have been in there ten or eleven hours, but no time appeared to pass, and I took in absolutely nothing. What happened after that is a story in itelf ---
