Yes, I'm posting this in the morning, because I know exactly what I'm going to eat...
Here's what I will eat today:
1 1/2 cup of cheerios with 1/2 a banana or 1/4 cup of strawberries and 3/4 cup of skim milk
Bottle of water
1 Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with 4 slices of deli meat, 1 piece of low-fat provolone cheese * GOD do I love that stuff* with 2 tbsp of mayo and some lettuce and tomato and a strawberry yogurt
Bottle of water
Same cereal, but honey bunches of oats with almonds and some raisins and cinnamon
Bottle of water
I will come home, probably have a can of reduced sodium soup, and a can of tuna.
And more water...
My life sucks...
