so, now that i have four new mcr songs to listen to on repeat (na na na, the only hope for me is you, sing, zero percent) i'm having some deja vu. when TBP came out, and it was the only new song we had, i loved it, it rocked my world, i was thrilled (i'm sure my neighbors weren't b/c i blasted it on my stereo for weeks on end), but then we got more

I understand completely! I'm starting to pick out songs that I like more than others, my favorite being Destroya. My god that song is awesome. I STILL can't listen to wttbp unless I'm playing it on rock band. I was one of THOSE kids who refused to listen to the black parade when it first came out. I didn't hear it until my sister brought home the black parade is dead. Then I had a breakdown. Then I had to catch up. Lol! I remember when their webpage was just a blog about how Gerard and Mikey were going on a road trip. That was three years ago. Look at how far they've come!!! Ahhhhh love theeeeeeem! Such a rant! Back to work! :D

i need to get my hands on a clean copy of destroya, i saw it somewhere... but now it escapes me. >.<

wow, you didn't hear the whole thing until TBPID?!?!?!?!? *faints* i was full tilt throughout. i went to 5 shows throughout tbp, project revolution, and their "farewell-ish" TBPID last small venues shows.

i didn't take tbp out of my car cd player for almost 3 years. then... i just stopped. i couldn't listen to it anymore. i went back to Revenge about the time gerard and mikey were going on that road trip (btw he was coming to atlanta, where i live, for dragon con, and i totally went to dragon con trying to find him, but i didn't, and that was the "first" time we saw the red hair! *squeals*)

and now their new stuff is so killer i can't believe it! the whole AU they've created, the color, the danger, the holy hell, the EVERYTHING.

Thanks! I didn't know they were doing that! And I threw my e-mail address in the boom-box to get my download of " save yourself, I'll hold them back" WHICH I also didn't know about. Thank yoooou! <3 Yeah the last time I saw them live was 2005 and they were opening for the starting line. They weren't even headlining yet! I need to go to one of these shows! My sister saw them toward the end, when they were making up for when they had food poisoning. Taking back Sunday was there. I'm still kicking myself. STILL. But you know what? It's made me way more receptive to their new sound. I needed to learn how to open my mind to new types of music. That didn't happen until 2007 so I COMPLETELY missed the black parade. Allow me to wallow in my own stupidity. T_T *checks e-mail for new download*
