So I went to the gym the other day, did bi's and tri's, like usual. Afterward I decided to step on a scale, figuring, "hey, I've been running 4 miles a day now, I should've lost at least a few pounds." WELL, i was WRONG!! Not only did I not lose weight, but I fuckin' gained! 257! Great, now what?
