So I went to the gym the other day, did bi's and tri's, like usual. Afterward I decided to step on a scale, figuring, "hey, I've been running 4 miles a day now, I should've lost at least a few pounds." WELL, i was WRONG!! Not only did I not lose weight, but I fuckin' gained! 257! Great, now what?

You are probably bulking up your muscle and losing fat. Since muscle weighs much more than fat, and you are doing weight training, you are probably gaining from that.
