You know what I figured? Just be happy the way things are going. You both spend most of your times together. Neither of you are seeing anyone else and if one happens to date another person, the other one will be jealous and upset. I know it's super hard for us scientist to not have a label and have things be clear cut or have an answer whenever a question is asked, but I guess relationships are a tad out of our realm
