Marty would never kill puppies, because it would make me cry. Unless they were EVIL NAZI PUPPIES! Which would totally make him just in the smiting. :) Regardless, fear and support him.

Okay plot bunnies(or in my case plot fairys) to the rescue.
I think you have one of the following options
A.) You have Abby discover Gibbs in the hall, he walks up to her kisses her and they have amazing sex on the hallway runner then he confesses he loves her in a moment of weakness(aka a awesome orgasm).
B.) Abby gets dressed find Gibbs on her couch and they go out somewhere and he confesses he loves her
C.) He confesses he loves her while she is standing there dripping wet and they have amazing sex in the hallway.
