I attempted this lovely morning to make two for myself and they actually came out pretty good, for me. The egg was just right but the bread was soggy.....Kate knows how to make it just right. Like the perfect crunch effect mixed with the sogginess of the egg. There was def. no crunch to mine. The texture kind of grossed me out. I was proud of
