Aw... I totally understand you. I've done the same thing soooo many times. And it's not because you hate your friend or anything like that. But it's because most people do not understand that you like being by yourself sometimes, or being on internet, or something like that. You're affraid of hurting her feelings. And maybe if you told her "I'd like to be at home this weekend" she could understand the wrong way. Do not feel bad. :)
I've told her before that sometimes I just really like to be alone and don't want to hang out, but she like guilt trips me. :( Like, she wanted to hang out this weekend and she said to me, "I haven't seen you in so long" which obviously makes me feel like crap because I'm the one who's like denied her and wanted to be alone. Plus, I just feel like we don't have anything in common anymore. I don't want to hurt her though so I just go along with it. :/
