Nostalgia

It's my last night monitoring at Wriston. I cleaned out my photo drawers and closed the door for the last time on the dark room (that was hard). Now, I've moved everything I want saved onto my jump drive, so once I leave the building in half an hour, I'm done here. I feel....really sad. This building was where I discovered my absolute love of art.

I'm quite lucky. I've left all my academic institutions and jobs with a general sense that it was time to move on, so I can't relate directly to what you're feeling. I do still broadly understand what you're going through, though. :(

Hopefully, the sadness will soon be left behind as you begin to put the insight and knowledge you've gained over the past few years to use. In that respect, what you've achieved and the people who've helped you will always be with you.
