Great quote! Here are some of my favorites from good ol' Samuel Clemens. For a silly Mark Twain quote I have always enjoyed this:

"Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society."

On the other hand, he does have a number of serious revelations such as:

"Education: that which reveals to the wise, and conceals from the stupid, the vast limits of their knowledge."

Lastly, I give you my final favorite quote from him. It is lighthearted without being silly and serious without preaching:

"Humor is the great thing, the saving thing. The minute it crops up, all our irritations and resentments slip away and a sunny spirit takes their place."
