I try to be optimistic as much as possible! I try thinking about positive things & the reasons why i'm doing it ^^

All that goes through my mind when i think about giving up is, "You're not doing this for nothing. Don't give up~ .. challenge yourself! If you don't reach your own expectations, you're not going to feel accomplished at all. Do your best! You'll be satisfied & happy with yourself at the end! So keep trying~ ♥"

:D This goes to you too Yadi ~! Ganbatte ☆ Don't give up !!

For me, of course it's God!! ^o^ I try and do my best in everything for him :) ♥
but also my dreams! Because I want to live and work in Japan when I'm older, I tell myself that the better I do at school work, the easier it will be for me to go :] & Keigo (my ichiban in JE ♥) also pushes me to keep going just because he must work really hard in dancing and schoolwork, so I should work hard too ^o^ ♥
ganbatte Yadi-chan~! ♥ I'll be starting cross country in a few weeks though so I'll know your pain soon enough ;__; let's hope I don't die.. >.>

I always think about Japan and how bad I wanna go there...so whenever I'm faced with a challenge, I constantly think about what I like, Hey!Say!JUMP, Ryutaro (of course),music, and many other things I love in this world...and when I do the challenge I think of all of the stuff I like in one thought, so I get very hyped up. So yeah it pretty much motivates me. And I love the feeling too. :)

Also sometimes I pretend Hey!Say!JUMP is watching me, or right next to me cheering me on. :D

I've always wanted to try track, so I don't know much about it. But, from my experience of doing lots of hard workouts for athletics, I can understand your pain.

I hope you can survive your track practices. I'll support you! Gammbatte. (:
