do they let you take a bath first or last? with my host family, since the kids had to go to bed earlier than me, they (and therefore their mom) they bathed first, then me, then host dad if he felt like it when he got home (though i think i remember him bathing in the morning instead).
anyway. as for how long to stay in... well... until you feel like getting out, i suppose. or just go by the general rule of getting out before you turn pruny.
When I was little, i was told to sit in the bath tub (with shoulders fully underneath the water)till I count 100. (or something like that). Maybe you shouldn't do it if the water's too hot, 'cause you will get boiled.
I haven't been in bath for a long long time, I don't really remember anymore.
