      So here we are again. 2 months until festival, and no matter how much stuff i make over the year, theres always a grand list at the 2 month mark! Considering festival in basic terms, judging off of what i did last year, its really just 4 days in garb, being that the final day is pack down. I didn't really get wear my garb more than mornings

Given the predicted wetness of the new site - having a second kirtle may be a good option even if you do spend most of your time in armour. Wet hems flapping around your ankles on a cold evening tends to be a bit umcomfortable...

I'd second that - take two more outfits than you think you need, because things will get wet and muddy, and will take at least a day to dry.

If you need extra sewing time, I've got two sewing machines and an overlocker, plus a well-stocked sewing room, that you are welcome to make use of any time you need.

I want to make up the second kirtle, my only dilemma is that i have 5 meters of lovely wool set aside for it, but it's bright turquoise, and i really want a nicer colour for it. Would you happen to know anything about dying??
