Today I incresed the 20-20-20 workout to 30-30-30's and now my legs are like jelly.
I keep attempting to get more out of my day by waking up at 6am, but i keep turning off my alarm and then logically thinking "I don't really need to get up" and sleeping until 9. Grrr. This happens when i'm not at uni, when i actually have a set purpose for getting

and what are leg lifts and inner leg lifts?
Looks like I have to up the ante here... I got up extra early today so I could use the gym facilities in the hotel I am staying in. So I did my usual 30-30-30
30 pushups, 30 situps and 30 squats, I also did 20mins on the bike and did my squats with an extra 20kgs of weight.
I was thinking of hitting the pool tonight and doing some laps. Also all the walking around the city is a change for me.

The leg lifts are where you lay on one side and lift the leg, working the outter thigh, and inner thigh lifts are from the same laying position lifting the leg that is on the floor, thus working the inner thigh. Thouse arent really combat conditioning things, i'm just trying to tone my legs abit. The pool sounds like a good idea.
