Am I correctly assuming that where it says estimated payment, those are the payments that you would be paying every month until the car is paid off?

True... well, I would say that the only perk in getting a used car is that once it's paid off, it's yours to keep. But I always keep in mind that used cars tend to have more problems than new ones. There are a lot of deals at Coral Springs AutoMall, especially now at the end of the 2008 car season. You can most likely get a brand new car for the same exact monthly payment, even less, if you put a little bit of money down. I keep seeing commercials for 2008 Altimas at 199/month. I'm sure there are other things that go along with that special though.

But out of the cars you linked, I would stay away from the Focus. My mom used to have one... definitely not the best car. Always had problems with it. I agree with the Kia... it's very nice and reliable. Good luck... I hope you get what you want!

after readings reviews on edmunds.com, the ford does not seem good at ALL.

i'm looking at older USED cars because they have lower insurance rates, which i'll need since i just totaled my car a month ago lol

a lot of people ive asked have negative things to say about the kia, but i think theyre biased, because all the reviews im reading are raving about how good it is.

thank you for your help:)

Kias have like the worst safety ratings out of all the car companies. Everyone in my family & in my best friend's family drives Hondas. They are so durable & reliable & they last forever. I think they're much safer than Kias. I drive a 2001 & it's got over 113 thousand miles on it & I've never had to take it into the shop beyond just the normal check-ups.

Also, my last car accident: I was driving a two door Honda & the other guy was in a mammoth lincoln navigator. Both of our cars were totaled but mine was still able to start up & his wasn't.

I don't know. I've just always had good experiences with Hondas & I think they're a safer bet.
