So my therapist tells me that my food issues are a way of controlling something in my life.

Peanut butter is a coping mechanism.

And I have a lamp named prier.

no, she's a genius. she gave me a chart that explained my entire life. it had squares and a triangle and consequences and stuff.

I tried a shrink for a month with my mom. It really didn't do much for me, and I stopped going...
