I love the Neena_needles dresses, but I never use the open-boots mesh. I would only download them if they were on the wedges mesh (or I would convert them for myself). The textures are adorable, and I love the little buttons. My only other criticism is that they're so short, they would be better with leggings or tights underneath. I don't like my sims to go around flashing everyone. :P Hope these are up for download soon!

....Tights! Whoa I never even thought of tights, wooo. That's an excellent idea. :D

And the Neena dress only has boots or flats, the first dress is the one with wedges. :)
