Dunno about that - I love doing it because of the sheer cathartic joy of yelling your bollocks off and going batshit flailing crazy in front of a room full of people.

but over at juice1's lj there was a decent debate about private/public schools which kate and I hapilly battered back and forth most of the day. It was a lot of fun, and I corrected ironed out a lot of my views on a lot of things.
It took me a wee while to read the comments I missed - it was like some huge epic journey! Certainly a lot of good stuff banded about that I could rant on about for a while.
