I didn't know youse were moving house. I'm on Gumtree most days jobhunting, so I'll keep an eye on there for flats too. Is it the same bunch of you moving into somewhere new together?

Yeah, but we have quite exacting requirements. Thanks for the offer, but the complexity of our needs is driving me quite insane, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone else.

But just by way of conversation, it is the same group moving into somewhere else. Hopefully somewhere better.
