But if you compare a child's ring to a paedophile's ring the punishment can't "fit" the crime. The girth of the cock would need to be much thicker in order to stretch their, certainly already, loose ring. Maybe the whole police force cram their cocks in DVDA-style. Except quadro-anal in this case.
