omg they used to do that outside of my place too! You know what, if you kill stupid bobble head cheerleaders you will not be held responsible, there is too much pep and one brain cell between the whole group.

The fair is in town this week so it was kicking off fair week.

Oh, they weren't exactly cheering. They were dancing to a country song that played over and over and over...

I don't know. I guess they think the fair is a big deal around here.
