I called in sick today, for the first time. Yesterday was horrible, I couldn't get rid of my headache at all, plus throatache and blocked nose. At night I couldn't sleep because I was breathing through my mouth which became too dry and then my throat hurt again - vicious circle. Today I feel better, the pain killer I took this morning helped almost
