Steve and I have been having serious debates about if we want to go through with this. For the past week Steve and I have been oscillating about whether we should or not. I thought you were planning an going to Seattle, or at least out of Utah for school. Has that changed? I would say look around for a bit longer, if it is going to be something that you plan to have for a very long time then make sure it is as close to perfect as you can get it.

We plan to only live in this new place for a year and a half to two years. Then we plan to move to whatever Pharmacy School accepts me (preferrably in Washington). We'll either sell it again or rent it out. If we rent it then we can make money and equity, good things. We won't stay in UT any longer than necessary I think.

This place doesn't have to be perfect since it's only temporary.
