your new suit looks very lovely! i don't think i would have anything office-appropriate in my current wardrobe. i work at a non-profit and the dress code seems to be rather anything goes...including my boss' short shorts in the summer time.
A short shorts-friendly dress code would be so welcome at my office! The most depressing thing about working full time has definitely been having to spend my hard earned money on dull, black office clothes :p I envy you working somewhere where they recognise that what you do matters more than how you are dressed.

Nothing worse than a crazy boss! I work for a trade association that represents companies in the wine trade. Technically we are not for profit too, but my boss can't seem to get his head round the concept!
