Didn't caltech have a football team and used to be undefeated? Maybe it's my imagination but I read it from somewhere, well could be a satirical article that I didn't get.

Yeah, we had a football team back in the day. I was told that they quit the football program after we won a game/season, which means we've been undefeated since then. You might have seen it on tshirts in the bookstore.

There are pictures in Braun showing teams which crushed UCLA and USC by margins of like 48-0. We used to be a sports powerhouse...

alright, GRE question...

Since they don't let us bring anything but an ID to test center, I'm assuming they'll provide pen/pencil in addition to the scratchpaper, right? Is it really true that they don't allow anything but ID (so no water, no food)?

yep they give you 5 pieces of scratch and 2 pencils. there's super uncomfortable earmuffs that i didn't use. i seem to recall the place has a water dispenser outside you can use during a break. def no food or anything. they give you a locker to put all your stuff in. umm... are you getting dropped off? the place is in glendale right?

yeah I'm getting dropped off at that big commercial building, hopefully i won't have too much trouble locating the test room. Was it noisy without the earmuffs?

it's ok. the test room is tucked in a corner. it doesn't matter if you're late though cuz everyone starts individually. most of the people there are taking professional tests for work. i didn't notice it being particularly noisy

Tried calling you and no one picked up. I just finished GRE, it was pretty awesome and SCARY. Guess what, somehow, I didn't get the experimental section. You know how there's an unidentified experimental section that can be any section and there's this identified research section at the end. After 1 verbal and 1 math, I was taken to the research section, and my reaction was SHIT, must have skipped by mistake but I don't think I could have been that stupid (even though I only had 4 hrs of sleep last night...12-2AM and 7-9AM... and I felt like shit. I should blame myself for being a dumbass because I slept at 6AM everyday before that and didn't reverse my schedule). Anyway, I was so fucking scared when i was doing the research section and somehow hoping that there'd be an extra section afterwards. I basically just BSed the entire section since it's mostly fill in the blank and whatnot and unscored. At the end, the test asked me if i wanted to cancel my score and I was like crap, what do I do? I mean I really don't wanna end up with a 0 ( ... )

Man, i think Doom3 really got me good. I havent played it since 2 weeks ago when i deleted it. I figure it was gonna suck up too much of my time so out it goes. I guess my dream was caused by that one thing i showed u last night. I tried to make a film for school project. So we set up a room(i think it was my uncle's room in shanghai, the room where i put my luggages) with lights shining at every corner. It was really dark and we got all but one light set up. The outlet where the last light goes is plugged into the doom switch. I guess the doom switch is something i've forgotten.(an allusion to my nintendo story back when i was a kid.) Kind of like one of the horror movies where they find something old and cursed. Anyway in the dream i thought i forgot the horror the doom switch had brough me in the past, it unleashes the evil to this dimension. While i was explaining the doom switch in my dream in a fashion where a horror movie would recap a prequal my friend went and unplugged it and all hell broke lose. Somehow the next ( ... )
