and just so you know, you dont' have to join the peace corps just to make a difference. this may sound corny/cheesy, but i think you make a difference in a lot of ppl's lives everyday! including mine! =) so keep it up! and truck loads of fun!

still, i'm all for you going for the peace corps...it was always a dream of mine, but when i realized that a career aspiration of mine was to be a violinist, and how you really really really can't take a year off (or three years, for that matter) from playing and still be competitive when you come back kind of squashed the peace corps idea for me
but if you do it, you'll be my personal hero, and maybe i can feel virtuous vicariously through you
