i feel like something big is going to happen, like an anxious feeling. or im going to have an another anxiety attack.

this is what happens when my mom makes me clean my room. like, clean out my room. i find things i guess i should have thrown away. i find things that remind me of the past. past things i dont want to remember. and theres absolutely nothing i can do about it.
