what is my problem?

why do i have so much trouble quitting jobs that i hate? these people are so unfair to me, but everytime i see one of them, they act like we're such good friends or something and i feel guilty for wanting to quit! i don't know why. i wanted to quit today, but my boss kept coming in and being all friendly, like how was my thanksgiving, blah blah
