Honestly, he probably is who he says he is. Prowl recognized him, so that's good enough to me. He's just...from another world.

Right. But he says that once he's finished conquering his own world, he plans to move in on ours...so that makes him our problem too. I doubt he'll succeed, but we can't take any chances.
