There All the Honor Lies is largely about ones past affecting their present, at least that's how I saw it. Two of the stories in the episode are about this. The light storyline featuring Ivanova was not, though.

One of my favorite bits of that episode is Londo complaining that the doll in his likeness is not anatomically correct.

Oh yes! I remember bursting out to my wife: Oh yeah, he's got six whatsits! The continuity is impressive, because that was a bit of a throwaway gag in Eyes late in season 1.
