I'm not so sure we've seen the last of Demon Dean. It's too soon, too easy. I think, as much as anything, Castiel was there to look suspicious and pore at demonic possession books while Sam was just desperate to believe his brother was back. I'm so not excited about the new replacement Abaddon, either. I was never as excited by the original as everyone else seemed to be.

Yeah Carver did say there would more about the Mark etc so I don't think that's the end of it.

Yeah, the episode had a really anti-climactic feel considering what we were led to expect from it, and I suspect that's because it isn't really the climax.
