You're not alone, if nothing else. You've been kidnapped, for more or less unknown reasons and an indefinite amount of time. It shouldn't be too hard to find someone to help you fix your communicator. Quite a few people seem technologically savvy.

New people seem to show up every week or so. And since we're all stuck in this together, whether we like it or not, I figure it's best to start making allies as soon as the new people show.
