I quit. I am putting my 2 weeks notice in, in the morning. So, my commander decided that I can't hang out with the one person I talk to at night (after I get off work). The reasons are (1) he is an NCO and I am a private and (2) he is a male and I am a female. It states in regulations that as long as he isn't in my direct chain of command it is

I'm sorry you have to deal with that crap, Jen. It's terrible that your commander would take from you the one person you really enjoy talking to. I don't really know what to say, other than I'm sorry, since I know you've definitely had it better over there. Hopefully things will still turn out alright...maybe you'll become closer to the girls. But hell, I know that sort of issue is a pain in the ass. I mean, look at me. My friends are all girls! I can't imagine what it would be like if someone told me I wasn't allowed to be friends with any girls anymore. But I bet things will start to feel better soon. I know you'll still be able to find people to hang out with, and you'll get through. I'm glad you're in good health, and I hope for the best for you. Happy Independence Day! Hey girl, that really sucks. I know you and with out any male companioins you are one pissed off mean little girl. Only certin girls ( like me ) can you get along with. Maybe some of the bad ass girls over there with you are just the type that can be in your circle. If not then fuck them all! You know what you are worth and that is all that matters. Anybosy that can see that will do what ever they can to be friends with you. I did. I fucked up to but that is one of the greatest things about you. You have a forgiving heart.
