I had a slightly similar emotional breakdown the night before PEter was born. Not as intense because at that time, I had not suffered any losses, but I was 8 days post dates, I had tried castor oils three times to no effect, my midwife was due to go out of town in a few days, and I just knew this pregnancy was never going to end. So I went to bed around midnight and cried and essentially "gave up", which I guess in a way was giving it to God. I woke up at 230 to my water breaking, and Peter was born at 7:26.

I'm so happy for you. Looking at your pictures makes me cry a little bit. I kept thinking about you and praying until I saw your pictures of James (not that I'm not praying now, but it's different). So happy!

My favorite birth story ever! Makes me wish I could go back and do my birth over again.

Were Luke and Andrew born with you having had an epidural? Or natural in the hospital?

Yay God! I feel like my faith has been tested/ is being tested also, and while I am taking a step back, I haven't given up.

Andrew and Luke were both inductions and I nearly died having Luke because of an epidural. :( My epidural with Andrew was fine, but the one with Luke plunged my BP
