whether u believe in same sex marriage or not, the fact still remains that the people's vote didn't count. 60% of california voted against it and was overruled. my vote literally doesn't count that much cuz i'm a republican in california but now anyones vote doesn't even count cuz of politicians taking bending the constitution. a step towards maturity? not even. this is way bigger than that. democracy is at stake.
