Managed to live through 2 weeks of department bouncing to fulfill obligations. Managed to make it through a week of single department scheduling - but also dealing with corporate pokiness in getting details attended to... found out I have to take a pay hit to stay in the department for technical reasons... decided it was worth the trade off ( Read more... )

Looks like the position transfer I was hoping for at work is happening. For the next 2 weeks, I will bounce between 2 departments - unless my current department will let me go now.
