It sounds a lot like depression, luv. Stress will do that to you. The only thing you can do is to do things that make you happy, force yourself to be social when you don't want to be, and do whatever you can to remove the stresses. That last one is mighty tricky in your situation. Maybe you can talk to your doctor and see if there is a safe medication for depression you can try (I know, like you want to add ANOTHER one to your day).
No doubt. But you know me, I won't medicate. I'm so afraid of something happening to a supposed child that I won't even take allergy meds. I just don't trust it. But thanks for the advice and you are totally right on forcing myself to be social.
Hey, I've suffered from depression on and off since I was in grade school. And yet I've only ever been medicated once for about two weeks, at which point I threw away the rest of the pills when my father expressed displeasure that I was medicating. That just shows you how f*d up I am. :D
I DO know that the forcing yourself to be social thing is key. There were a lot of times I would have preferred to be a hermit wallowing in my own loneliness..and you dragged me out to the bar or Denny's or the mall or Walmart. I luv you for that.
