Black Tea is the tea I usually drink all the time. English Breakfast is my favourite.
Peppermint Tea is definitely my favourite when having a break from black tea.
Lemon Tea goes down nicely as well, but it has many different ingredients.
Green Tea needs to be less brewed or the bitterness would put me off ever trying it again. One teabag then makes two cups.
Camomille Tea is one I haven't had for a while, but wouldn't mind giving it a go.
Then there's so many I don't know and haven't tried yet, that maybe I'll report back at a later date. It's good to know there's positive benefits to all of them. It's a healthy alternative between my milo drinks!
