Yeah, but after one submits the petition it is sent to the senator and respresentatives of their state. Canadian opinions on the issue certainly count, but I don't think it would mean much to people determining US policy. *Shrug*

wow u haven't updated in so long. Well i get out of work at 5. The closest time of a movie is 740 and in salisbury we could go see it at 7. So its your choice. If you would like we could stop by at Cordelia's for a while. Since I dont think you would be able to call her at 8. But I'm sure you could call her before 8. If that works.
