It would depend on how you're using it.

If you want to have "a talk with someone", or you want "to talk to someone" (In which case, it's a noun in the first, and a verb in the second... I think XD)

Thanks, P!!! I'm kinna o_o when it comes to grammar, not my strongest subject back in school *laughs*. I'm like, "what sounds good = right, and what sounds bad = wrong". But with that, both sounded fine to me. *scratches head* So when boss told me to recheck what I've written in my report... I was like, "whaaaa???" :p

Oh... that makes sense, THANKS!!!! Simple and yet, when read especially by someone who's anal about things, can be quite complicated. My boss is like that so... *shrugs*
