Yes, I'm a Ninja :)
Many of you wanted details from my One on One with Kris Allen yesterday and here they are!!
So, me and my friend Mima get there and they have us wait til' someone came out and gave us our passes. There were like 15 people there is total. They then take us up to a room where we wait for Kris to arrive. When he gets there he says Hi to everyone and shakes our hands. And, when he got to us he goes "hey, its nice to see u guys again" :D and yea, we pretty much died at that moment LOL. He remembered us from the Tailgate performance on sunday. After that the DJ does a little interview which most of you heard last night (if u didn't, its on youtube) The only thing i don't think they aired was when Kris said he had "a little me time" that day (monday).
Then the DJ asked if any of us wanted to ask questions and obviously my friend and I went up LOL :). I asked him what his favorite song on the album was that he had written. And what inspired him to write it? He said "hm, thats a good question" and then talked about how his fav song was red guitar and that the guitar was a metaphor for a heart. My friend asked How he felt performing with his band for the first time on sunday. He said it was great and felt good to perform together or something like that lol i don't remember exactly. Oh, and he also talked a little about the band members and that a friend of his was in the band; Cale obviously. And that he had to audition to be in the band and made it through.
After the questions he performed 3 songs; Heartless, Man in the Mirror, and Live Like we're Dying. All were done acoustic, just him and the guitar :D and let me tell u, he sounded absolutely AMAZING!! We weren't supposed to film or take pictures but we did anyways =X LOL. The room was really dark, so the quality isn't perfect, but the audio is really good.
After he performed we got to get his autograph and a pic with him. I had taken 2 pics for him to sign so he signed that too and i got to take 2 pictures with him and said "see you guys soon" LOL He was super nicee! This was one of the best experiences ever, we had such a good time. :)
They radio station hasn't posted the pics yet so i'll just post the videos for now.
