In many cases, friends do way more harm than enemies.

Its not always a knife in the back though. Its not always that bad. Sometimes its more like a sheet of notebook paper in the back, giving you a nasty papercut

Just hope it doesnt get infected, because its really hard to treat a papercut in the small of your back.

I would think a papercut would almost be worse. and at least with a stab wound you usually get a cool scar. but that's my opinion. papercuts just sting bad.
