Stephen Harper cancelled the dress rehearsal to my recital. That's right: the Canadian Prime Minister. He apparently had to use the hall (in which I was supposed to be playing) in order to show off that he cares about the arts and play two variations of the main theme of Pachabel's Canon on the piano. Any words to describe my thoughts on the matter
