On food and weight.

For the last 3 weeks now, I've been changing up my eating habits at work.   I've been eating a Lean Cuisine dinner + 4 Clemantines and an ounce of either pistachios or almonds.   I then eat a regular dinner of whatever I want when I get home at night.  I eat out maybe 2 - 3 times a week for a treat and don't restrict myself ( Read more... )

Changing habits can be very hard, but you've really been dedicating yourself to it. I believe that you're going to succeed. :)

Good for you! I think "they" say it takes 3 weeks to change a habit/form a new habit. Although from my experience with trying to change eating habits, more practice is always better! It sounds like you're on the right track.
