Okay, hopefully these will look a little less GIAGANTIC.  I hope you enjoy them.  :)











The following is the elusive blue morphos...with wings closed.  This is what they look like when they're resting.  They're a beautiful blue on the inside but they flit around so fast and irraticatlly it's nearly impossible to get a clear picture of them until they've landed.   Even then it's tough because they close their wings immediately upon resting. 




BUT...I was patient and persistent so I was rewarded with a great shot:



This is an unusual flower in the conservatory's garden:

actually looks like this when he's bathed in light?  This pic was my absolute favorite.  I was pretty lucky to capture it.
