My birthday was on Friday and I had a great day. I sign up for birthday clubs at restaurants and have an e-mail box full of free meals, drinks and other assorted goodies that I have until the rest of the month to redeem. That means, Friday was the official start of

Yeopapalooza!

I can't complain really. Working steadily, Basil is back to his old self and the early morning hours (when I get off work) are nice and cool and perfect for a long walk with Basil. I started taking Vitamin D, since I don't spend much time in the sun now and I think it's helping.

Oh, it is, it really, really is. Of course next month marks the start of Bunnypalooza and then in November we'll have Horsipalooza to celebrate! :D

Yay for Yeopapalooza!

I remember getting birthday stuff from restaurants when I was a kid. I didn't know they still did that. Will have to look into it!

Yea! indeed! Here are some of the places I get birthday goodies at. Hopefully you have some of these in your neighborhood. You'll have plenty of time to sign up before Angstipalooza! :D

Texas de Brazil: Free Dinner with purchase of another dinner. Not valid on Saturdays.
Mongolian barbeque: Free stir fry meal.
Famous Dave's: Free entree up to $15 with purchase of another one of at least $15.
Biggby Coffee: Free drink.
Bennihana's: $30 gift certificate.
Melting Pot: Free box of chocolate covered strawberries on next visit.
Panera: Free pastry.
