So very interesting and intricate...that Wu Yifan playing the puppet master and Chanyeol creating a fantasy life to live in but FINALLY literally letting Minseok all the way in
Aww, thank you for the comment! I'm glad you liked it! :)
I hope I didn't make Luhan sound too much like the antagonist (he was even more negative in the original draft...). I tried to make everyone's actions plausible, even if they seemed selfish and hurt others because it didn't seem fair to just leave them as bad guys
This fic is really nice. I like how it's all kind of small stories but not really. I find it wonderful and I cried when I read about ChanYeol's family. But I'm so happy that he decided was forced to come clean.
And the whole relationship between him and minseok. Wow. I really like how different it seems to them both. How minseok thinks because he's so hard to read and how constraining it is from what chanyeol read it as.
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it!
I was afraid that it would get confusing if I include everyone's pov but then I thought that it would be more interesting to have different views on the same situations to get the whole picture. (I also somehow felt sorry for all the characters that wouldn't have had a chance to justify themselves tbh)
spot!! gonna write my comments after i quit sobbing!!
edit : wah it's a long story. i admit that i am hooked on the first part i read a while ago. the intrigue, friendship problems and the relationship are the things that keep me going. not only because of curiosity but i also feel like i need to give chanyeol a try. like, i couldn't believe that he lies because what he did for minseok is, in my opinion, genuine. he cares for minseok, maybe more than that, but he is having issues and it is getting difficult with the way minseok expect things from him. minseok is a puzzle for me too. and it is heartbreaking when i read the truth, how chanyeol must cope with the fact that he lost his family and even questioning his dad's choice. how he must stay survive along with the image of his family in his head. but the saddest part is when he called his sister and she doesn't respond *sobs into eternity*
anyway sorry for rambling but i am too emotional for now. thank you for sharing this
Wahh, thank you for the comment... and for reading this monster of a story. It was supposed to be much shorter and totally different but then it just kept growing. It also took much longer than originally scheduled D: Anyway, I'm glad you liked it! :)
