AN 2011 Cosplay! ProgressEntry #1 -122 Days
I told Majimoo I was gonna post this entry either Sunday or Monday night but now it is Tuesday. I'm not feeling to well so I'm gonna do the post now :D
Ok so i'm gonna start off with what I'm cosplaying for Anime North this year :D
Friday - Bel from Pokemon Black and White
Saturday - Esther Blanchett (Empire Version)
And lastly
Sunday - Litchi (since I didn't get to finish it for Fan expo)
Now to start off I'm working on Esther, since that's my main cosplay. I haven't had a chance to go out and buy the black material. I'm planning on doing that tomorrow.
But I found this material in a box of materials my grandma gave me when I went to go visit her during the Christmas break. I left it at home so this is only the left over scraps from the bottom of the skirt. But when I unfolded the actual material I had over 4 meters worth!
I spend over 2 hours using the sewing machine(the petal got very hot and was burning my foot after an hour of continuous sewing xD) to get an embroidered like effect around the bottom.
The Octopus is Mr. Monster :3
Of course I took a break and made noodles with my dad. Which we made into Lasagna!
Back to sewing~!
I then had to cut all the way around the bottom of the skirt.
Here's the finish skirt :3 It's so cute!!

Here's all I've gotten done on Bel which isn't much xD Since all I did was find them on a site. My lovelies where the one's who ordered them and got them to me. xD They are very nice and so lovely on~! I can't wait until AN is done and over with so I can wear them everyday without having to worry about ruining them..... and yes I am not wearing pants in that picture xD
