Would a mouse with a human brain be a mouse with a human mind?

Very true. The question is there. If it isn't the structure of our brains that makes us human then what is it? Would a mouse with a human brain have all the thoughts, feelings, etc that make us human? If so then it is a cruel practice to put that brain in a mouse. If not then what does make us human? Is it a soul? Is it the interaction between our brain and the rest of our body? I guess we're about to find out.
