[Theres a sudden spark on the robot and it blows up a piece. Adam is left coughing and spraying down the piece with a fire extinguishing as he retreats out of the room. Grinning a bit with ash on his face and his hair sticking up all weird angles he stumbles outside the door and plops on down on the steps next to the boy as he grins stupidly.]

Nothing to worry about ! Just a lil' spark, it'll be safe to go in there in a moment.

K-9? Ive been working on him for a few weeks, he broke down a while ago so Ive been trying to figure out whats wrong with him to get hi running again.

[Pats the robot dog affectionately on the neck]

He is! He was at the auditions, hes really talented!
